We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, your deposit will not be refunded.

BEFORE YOUR PERMANENT MAKE-UP APPOINTMENT

Discontinue use of any facial products that contain retinol at least 3 weeks prior to your appointment.
Chemical, laser peel or Retin-A should not be utilizes 6 weeks before the procedure.
Discontinue use of Vitamin A and/or fish oil supplements 2-3 weeks prior to your appointment.
Please do not wax or tweeze a week prior to your permanent makeup procedure.
Please do not drink alcohol or take aspirin 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Please do not drink caffeine the morning/day of your appointment.

Remove all eye make-up prior to service.
